Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Lead to join our team at Genesis Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of key projects and processes, ensuring the delivery of quality management information in line with business requirements and timescales.

About the Role

The Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Lead will work closely with the Commercial Manager to manage all aspects of subcontractor relationships, including identifying and assessing trade and contractor requirements, supporting land viability processes, securing best rates through comprehensive tender lists, and negotiating fixed price periods.

Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying Experience in a House Builder Environment

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year
