About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at James Webber Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with the General Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a small team of engineers.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
