The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a fine dining restaurant environment and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

">As a Fine Dining Assistant Director, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

">Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assisting the General Manager in directing daily operations">
  3. Ensuring compliance with company standards">
  4. Supervising and training staff">
  5. Managing product preparation and delivery">
  6. Handling customer relations">
  7. Overseeing restaurant maintenance and repair">
  8. Managing inventory">
  9. Recruiting and retaining team members">
  10. Ensuring all guests have an amazing experience when visiting">
  • ">
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)">
  • High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus">
  • Good math and reporting skills">
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks">
  • Customer service attitude">
  • Communication and team management abilities">
  • Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry">
