Job Summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Control Surveyor to join our client's maintenance and property sector. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization meets its statutory duty of enforcing the Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce the Building Regulations across various construction projects, including taking appropriate action on dangerous structures and proposed demolition works.
  • Contribute to the organization's goals of ensuring a safe and thriving built environment.
  • Collaborate with Registered Building Inspectors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Building Control Surveyor, preferably with a professional qualification (MRICS / MCABE / MCIOB).
  • Full UK Driving License.
