Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers, developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver high-quality products and services that meet our customers' needs.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including progress reports and forecast validation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to inform future business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical sales or key account management, with a track record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
