Tilbury Douglas offers a unique opportunity to join their team as an Apprentice Chartered Surveyor. This role involves assisting in the management of costs relating to construction projects, ensuring the overall financial success of a project.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for participating in the analysis, preparation, and management of all costs, from initial cost assessments through to project completion. You will also select and manage suppliers and sub-contractors, become an expert in contracts, financial management, and contract law, and assist with the monthly/quarterly compilation of data to monitor the performance of the project.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This position involves working with our Regional Building - Scotland team in Livingston, Scotland. You will have exciting travel opportunities to various construction sites and project locations.
