Supporting Students' Success: Teaching Assistant Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at an educational institution in the UK. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' development and helping them achieve independence in a nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, promoting their learning and independence.
- Program Development: Assist in planning, preparing, and evaluating educational programs and reports.
- Progress Monitoring: Contribute to assessing, recording, and reporting on students' progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.
- Safeguarding: Ensure adherence to safeguarding and health and safety protocols.
- Behavior Management: Foster positive social behaviors and self-regulation skills in students.
- A full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with students.
- A positive and creative approach to meeting students' needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills.
