About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Parico, a growing technology business delivering innovative and secure solutions to Public Sector customers across the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop greenfield services in collaboration with our technical team, including Infrastructure Architects and the Chief Technology Office.
  • Ensure the overall security integrity of cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Understand how solutions fit into the broader IT ecosystem, including integration of authentication and directory services with other platforms.
  • Produce clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Interact with senior stakeholders and act as the technical lead for engagements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable expertise in supporting and implementing infrastructure components for Windows and Virtualization technologies, including Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services, Group Policy, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects with direct responsibility for supporting and implementing highly available and resilient secure solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with taking on new challenges.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Enterprise Systems, Platforms, and Networks in both datacentre and cloud environments.
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • UK security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.
