We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our team at Parico. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement highly available and resilient Wintel solutions, including active-active failover for business continuity.
- Configure and administer backup and restore of Windows systems, as well as patching.
- Support the Parico technical team in various workstreams and deployments within the customer environment.
- Work methodically to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and infrastructure teams.
- Significant experience in Microsoft Server technologies, including AD and Azure.
- Exposure to other virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Nutanix.
- Strong operating system experience with multiple versions of Windows and Linux.
- Working experience of cloud security concepts.
- Strong understanding of complex networking environments and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues end-to-end.
