About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Strata Consulting. As a key member of our infrastructure division, you will play a vital role in delivering complex highway projects from feasibility to completion.

You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities to achieve project goals.
  • Support the Associate Director in the development and implementation of project strategies.
  • Prepare and review technical deliverables, including design and construction documents.
  • Mentor and coach technical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements
  • Technical experience relevant to the planning and delivery of major civil engineering programmes and projects.
  • A Member or prospective Member of a relevant professional institution.
