About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our therapeutic community, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities, helping young people to develop essential life skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall management of the service.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Minimum age of 21 due to the needs of the young people.
  • Experience working in health and social care is advantageous, but not essential as full training and induction are provided.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality.
