Responsibilities:

* Implement structured learning activities and teaching programmes.
* Support pupils in accessing learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Observe and assess children\u2019s progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
* Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.

Requirements:

* Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous experience working within a classroom as a Teaching Assistant.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and its implementation.
* Desirable: Experience working with children in a school setting.
