Job Title: Construction Safety Consultant

We are seeking a proactive Construction Safety Consultant to join our team, specializing in Construction Design and Management (CDM). As Principal Designer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects and serve as Client Advisor.

The successful candidate will ensure Design Safety and adhere to relevant regulations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on CDM matters. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects as Principal Designer and Client Advisor.
  • Evaluate design safety and adherence to regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance on CDM matters to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction certification required.
  • Tech IOSH qualification minimum.
  • APS membership preferred.
  • Design degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
