Your new career opportunity awaits with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Commercial Paralegal, you will join a dynamic in-house legal department where you will develop your contracts review experience and business-facing skills by working closely with internal clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review commercial agreements and identify potential risks
- Provide contracts advice to the business and address any queries or concerns
- Support on a range of legal matters, mainly focused on construction and engineering contracts
Requirements:
- Completed a law degree or GDL to a high standard
- Good quality commercial contracts experience, either from private practice or with a high calibre in-house legal team
- Strong foundation in dealing with construction or engineering contracts, JCT and NEC experience a strong advantage
