About the Role
Ribbons and Reeves, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school in Newham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing support to pupils with diverse special educational needs.
The successful applicant will work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo/Inclusion Leader to develop individualized plans for students with Education Health Care Plans. They will also be responsible for addressing the social and welfare needs of these students.

Key Responsibilities
- To supervise and provide support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
