## Job Description

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Assistant to support the daily operations and development of young children in a nursery or early childhood setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to foster the emotional development of children, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Assist with daily care routines, including feeding, diaper changing, and maintaining hygiene standards.
* Engage children in play-based learning activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and problem-solving skills.
* Support indoor and outdoor play, creating a safe and inclusive space for children to thrive.
* Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and preparing learning materials.
