Propulsion Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of weapon system technologies in a dynamic and ever-changing area.
About the Role- Programme Planning: Responsible for planning overall programmes, ensuring activity agreement, and responding to technical and programme issues identified in testing.
- Progress Reporting: Maintaining a plan of the programme, reporting progress, reviewing reports of testing conducted, and ensuring the reports meet the needs of MBDA UK Ltd and the Customer.
The successful candidate will be part of our Propulsion team, working closely with the Head of Surveillance and Life Management, delivering into Customer Support and Services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely completion of programmes within allocated budgets and resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including programme teams, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact programmes.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
