This is an exciting opportunity to join our Propulsion team as a Programme Management Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning overall programmes, ensuring agreement of activities, and responding to technical and programme issues identified in testing.

Maintaining a plan of the programme and reporting progress are essential skills required for this role. You will review reports of testing conducted and ensure they meet the needs of MBDA and the Customer.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 depending on experience, plus company bonus up to £2,500, pension with maximum total contribution of 14%, overtime opportunities, flexi leave, flexible working arrangements, enhanced parental leave, and fantastic site facilities including subsidised meals and free car parking.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Surveillance and Life Management, delivering into Customer Support and Services. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in planning, responding to issues, maintaining plans, and reviewing reports.

As a Programme Management Specialist, you will need to be able to take into account all views in a balanced way and challenge and influence others when needed.
