Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Manager to join our team at TES NI Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our Sage 200 system to meet the specific needs of our switchgear manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing Sage 200 system configuration and functionality.
- Identify areas for improvement and customization to align with the needs of the switchgear manufacturing business.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support decision-making and enhance visibility into key performance metrics.
- Integrate Sage 200/SICON with other business systems and applications as needed for seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
- Coordinate with External IT Management Company for the Company Review all Systems within the Company and develop and evolve to become efficient reporting tools to Management in order to make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of switchgear manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, VBScript, or C#.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Sage/SICON 200 certification or training is preferred.
