Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Manager to join our team at TES NI Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our Sage 200 system to meet the specific needs of our switchgear manufacturing business.
Main Responsibilities:- System Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives, and conduct comprehensive analysis of existing Sage 200 system configuration and functionality.
- System Development and Customization: Customize Sage 200/SICON modules and features to optimize business processes, including inventory management, production planning and scheduling, sales order processing, purchasing and procurement, and financial management.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of customizations and integrations, and conduct thorough testing of new features and enhancements.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and workflows, and provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of Sage 200 system capabilities.
- Proven experience in developing and customizing Sage 200 systems for manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of switchgear manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, VBScript, or C#.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
