We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Shopper to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized shopping experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
  • Work closely with brands to increase sales and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and luxury retail industry developments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality shopping experience for all guests

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years' experience in sales and customer service within the luxury retail industry
  • Previous Personal Shopping experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
