Job Title: Sales Associate - Luxury Footwear

At Bicester Village, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury footwear team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a personalized shopping experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and luxury footwear brands.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of luxury footwear brands.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Fluent English language skills.
