Job Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and organized Permanent Lunchtime Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, providing support and guidance, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise children during lunchtime in school and on the playground.
  • Assist with mealtime supervision and monitoring.
  • Support pupils with special needs or requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £27,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
