Job Role: Chef de Partie
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating and coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following recipes and presentation specifications.
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, with the ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
