About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Adult Clinical Team in Derbyshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality clinical services to patients with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to deliver clinical services to patients with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members.
