About the Opportunity

Academics Ltd is seeking a qualified and caring Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and academic success of students.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans, working closely with teachers, SENDCo, and parents.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, ensuring cohesive support and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress.
Salary and Benefits

A salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
