The Grand Hotel Sunderland seeks a skilled Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean rooms to a high standard within allocated timeframes
  • Report any maintenance issues to the head housekeeper promptly
  • Maintain order and organization in linen storage areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard
  • Embody our values by providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary range of £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as:

  • 50% discount on food and drink at any of our 60 UK hotels
  • Reduced membership fees for Leisure clubs
  • Free meals on duty (when applicable)
  • Free Uniform (if applicable)
  • A generous holiday entitlement of up to 28 days per annum, including bank holidays
