We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire schools. As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of children and working closely with teachers to deliver the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a HLTA qualification and experience working with children. You will be responsible for devising and planning learning activities, supporting pupil progress, and covering teacher PPA time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and planning learning activities for individual children

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
