We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Aloft Aberdeen TECA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including front desk software and systems.
