Job Summary:

L&G Recruitment is looking for an experienced Desktop Technician Level 2 to join our IT support team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and resolve issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage technical issues through a customer ticketing system.
  • Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting, asset inventory, and device upgrades.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4 years' experience in desktop support or a related role.
  • UK driving license and travel ability required.
  • Hands-on technical skills and UK driving license essential.
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Google apps, and ServiceNow beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:
