About the Role

We are seeking a caring and motivated individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. As a Support Practitioner, you will provide support to individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, support to activities and appointments, managing personal finances, assisting with medication and personal care.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll pay you for your training and even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including cooking and personal care
  • Assist with activities and appointments, such as going for walks and attending arts and crafts sessions
  • Manage personal finances and assist with medication
  • Take an active part in individuals' hobbies and interests
  • Work as part of a team to provide support and care
