Job Title: Field Based Security Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Based Security Systems Engineer to join our team in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV, fire, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV, fire, and access control systems.
  2. Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems and all other security systems.
  3. Maintain fire & security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
  4. Respond to demand service calls on all types of fire and security systems.
  5. Carry out annual service visits and respond to incoming faults raised.
  6. Apply updates and accurate descriptions of works completed via SIMPRO to inform the office of progress.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of front-line customer service will be preferential.
  2. A Full UK Driving Licence.
  3. You must be flexible to travel and be part of an on-call rota.
  4. Due to the nature of the Fire & Security industry and specific contracts, if successful, you will need to pass several background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history, and DBS check.
