Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Adviser

Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Adviser to join a long-established and highly supportive directly authorised/whole of market firm in Dorchester, Dorset.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to work with a valued client, providing expert financial advice and guidance to clients with assets under management of up to £100,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality financial advice and guidance to clients, including investment and pension planning, estate planning, and financial planning.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including existing and new business, and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including in-house paraplanners, to provide a comprehensive and supportive service to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new financial products, industry trends, and fund research to provide the best possible advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business growth objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, such as DipPFS (CII) or DipFA (LIBF), and a Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) and listing on The Financial Services Register.
  • Proven experience as a financial adviser, with a strong track record of sales/business success and a network of new clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong analytical and IT skills, with the ability to use software such as intelliflo, dynamic planner, and selectapension.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
