About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
  • Oversee the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
  • Ability to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and moderate learning disabilities.
