About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team as a Maintenance Project Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for project managing planned and reactive maintenance works, developing and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring statutory compliance.

You will work closely with the Buildings and Property Team, consisting of Property Managers, Building Surveyors, Building Services Engineers, and an Architectural Surveyor, to deliver an excellent engineering service that meets the Council's priorities.
