Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their factory in the Lancashire area. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained mechanical maintenance engineer with experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience working on CNC machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
