The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Puig, a leading international company in the fragrance and beauty industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including store managers and department managers.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide training to retail staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
