Job Title: Data Centre Technical Manager

Join CBRE, the global leader in real estate services, as a Data Centre Technical Manager. This role is part of our Data Centre Solutions team, which delivers fully integrated real estate, facilities, and technology solutions for data centre owners, occupiers, and investors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and management for a defined contract, ensuring technical commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure risk mitigation measures are in place for assets under contract.
  • Lead technical matters related to plant and equipment maintenance on client sites.
  • Support account management teams and stakeholders in delivering services within scope.
  • Oversee technical aspects of contract delivery, including shutdowns, CBRE projects, and day-to-day advice.
Requirements:
  • IT literacy in MS Office and systems management software.
  • Management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain partners.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple works across a diverse and complex site.
  • Experience in a data centre environment.
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills.
  • Awareness of health, safety, and compliance.
