Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious contract in the Yorkshire region, assisting in the front-line management of day-to-day FM services to a high-profile client.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site-based in-house and outsourced resources to deliver hard services, including planned preventative maintenance programs and contract management.
- Respond to customer needs and ensure statutory compliance, implementing processes and policies as prescribed by the Regional Facilities Manager.
- Cover the duties of the Regional Facilities Manager when necessary.
- Manage performance of in-house and outsourced services to agreed service levels.
- Contribute to the delivery of building-related capital investment projects, including M&E, control, and security systems.
- Quality and performance management of all services, including monthly performance reporting and maintenance of the site document registry.
- Sufficient and relevant previous management experience in a corporate facilities management delivery environment.
- Knowledge, understanding, and interest in the principles of facilities management.
- Demonstrable experience in controlling costs and managing purchasing and invoicing processes.
- Demonstrable knowledge of existing Health and Safety legislation and Regulations and their applicability to facilities management.
- Knowledge and capability to report on and analyse performance results, creating and implementing corrective action plans where required.
- Basic Salary - £28,000
