- Sales Order Processing: You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely sales order acknowledgements and customer communication.
- Reporting and Documentation: You will update sales reports, handle documentation for service/repair returns/replacements, and process loan orders.
- Customer Support: You will deal with phone and email enquiries, circulate enquiries to relevant distributors, salespeople, and product specialists, and provide administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Managers.
- Customer Maintenance: You will maintain and update customer and distributor records, liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues, and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
