We are seeking a Head of IT Support to lead our IT support team in Ipswich. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership skills, with experience in managing IT infrastructure, projects, and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the Service Desk team with technical expertise.
  • Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Oversee MSP/3rd party vendor relationships.
  • Act as an escalation point for incidents impacting service delivery.
  • Ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery processes.
  • Influence infrastructure design and configuration.
  • Deliver Infrastructure and Business Change projects.

Technical Requirements:

  • Micorosft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
  • O365 Administration
  • Azure Administration
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration
  • SQL Server Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Windows 10/11 Administration and Troubleshooting, including migrations
