Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Data Manager to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our research delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our research studies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide data management support to a portfolio of studies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality protocols.
  • Collaborate with research staff and clinicians to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain electronic databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency of study data.
  • Liaise with study leads and sponsors to create databases for identification, tracking, recording, and reporting of patient pathways.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Recent research, audit, or service evaluation experience.
  • Competence in using standard PC software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, Email).
