  • Provide sound and commercial Employee Relations advice to the retail population that is compliant with UK employment law and ACAS guidelines
  • Advise on a wide range of Employee Relations matters in relation to Disciplinaries, Grievances, Bullying and Harassment, Performance Management, Absence Management, Employment Law, Discrimination; Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Wellbeing; Contracts of Employment and Terms and Conditions of Employment
  • Identify appropriate solutions to complex ER matters

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified would be an advantage, however we will consider applications that have the relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of HR policies and practices
