Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our adult social care team and make a real difference in people's lives. As a member of the Front Door team, you will be working closely with other social care colleagues and professionals from partner agencies to provide rehabilitation services to adults in need.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess clients' needs and develop individualized plans for rehabilitation
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • To conduct regular reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed
Remuneration

The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,500, taking into account the city's cost of living and industry standards. This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the successful applicant will undergo a DBS check.
