Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a broad range of commercial heating and cooling products to consultants, M&E contractors, and distributors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating our CRM system with the latest project information
  • Tracking projects and identifying leads
  • Converting leads into orders

You will work closely with our sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant sales experience in the commercial building services sector
  • A strong network of contacts within M&E contractors and distributors or consultants
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan your time effectively
  • Good IT skills and experience with CRM systems
