About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect menswear items, including suits, RTW, and accessories.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet brand objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menswear products, including fabrics and tailoring details.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a menswear suit specialist.
  • Proactive, sales-driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet brand and store objectives.
  • Passion for formal wear and suiting, with knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details.
What We Offer
  • Basic salary up to £26,000 per annum.
