Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
