About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to manage all aspects of our three-bedded Children's Home, providing a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable children and adolescents between 11 and 18 years old with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Children's Home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the emotional and behavioural well-being of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to our residents and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the Home's operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a Children's Home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards for Children's Homes.
