About the Role

As an Assistant/Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager in providing high-quality care to vulnerable children and adolescents between 11 and 18 years old with Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
