About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Wedding and Events Sales Executive to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Wokingham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for booking and organizing conferences, weddings, and events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage event bookings, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, operations, and marketing, to deliver exceptional events
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales and events coordinator or executive in a similar property, with a strong background in wedding sales
  • Passion for sales and events, with a track record of converting enquiries into bookings
  • Impeccable standards of service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for clients and guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Organized, well-presented, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
